A few months ago, I told you about some of the new infilling developments in St. Catharines that caught the attention of people looking for new builds in Niagara.
We’re a growing region, with more new construction homes popping up all over Niagara. There are so many, that it can be hard to keep up with what’s going where, but I’m here to help you navigate through the new homes and their builders.
In this new series, I’m going to introduce you to some of the home builders in Niagara and showcase the developments that are catching homebuyers’ eyes.

For all of you golf enthusiasts out there, Mountainview has a series of singles and townhomes at Niagara Falls’ exclusive Thundering Waters Golf Course. The community is nestled right in the midst of some spectacular greens and just minutes from the popular Niagara Falls Entertainment District, great shopping and the amenities you need!
Fernwood
When you’re looking for the perfect new construction home in Niagara Falls for a growing family, look no further than Fernwood. Beaver Creek
If you know me, you know how I feel about Ridgeway, one of Niagara Region’s hidden gems. if you’re looking to call this cottage-like community home, Beaver Creek might be just what you’re looking for anyone, new families to recent retirees. And last I checked, there were still corner lots available!
Dominion Woods
Another great family community in Ridgeway, Dominion Woods is being touted as Fort Erie’s most prestigious new construction community. The lots are deep and wide, with family homes and bungalows. Definitely worth taking a look!
West Community
I think one of the coolest communities to watch grow over the past few years has been Thorold, and with award-winning designs like the townhomes in West Community, it’s easy to see why people are so excited. Winning best value, best selection, best community and best builder, you should head west to see what all the fuss is about — you won’t be disappointed.
Harvest Estates
If you’ve been watching the news at all, you probably noticed that Welland has been hard at work revitalising and growing industry in the city. So, it’s no surprise to see a new community of luxury townhomes and singles popping up in a well-established neighbourhood, bordered by South Pelham Road, Webber Road, Clare Avenue and Gaiser Road. Now in Phase II, there is a new collection of townhome plans being offered that you don’t want to miss.
