Turts & Caicos, our beloved 10-year-old Peninsula Cooter, is the official mascot of the UPHouse Realty Head Office. She’s the calming presence that brings steady energy to our workspace, always reminding us that sometimes, the best way to succeed is by taking things slow and steady.

While she doesn’t fetch sticks or beg for treats, Turts & Caicos has expertly trained the team to keep things running smoothly while she lounges in her cozy oasis corner. She’s a master of doing things at her own pace, and we wouldn’t have it any other way.

If you’re lucky enough to visit the office, you’ll be greeted by her serene presence, reminding us all to slow down and enjoy the moment. After 10 years with us, she’s truly a legend in the office—teaching us all the importance of patience, calm, and a bit of mystery.
