“Karl Gets đź’©Done!”
…This is what I wanted my poop bag dispenser to say at the Walkers Creek and Strathcona/Keistan junction, but my wife Pauline didn’t think it was appropriate! So with myself feeling compelled to “lay UP” on this one, we chose with Your Walkers Creek Specialist. How predictable! Oh well – it’s true, time tested, and something I take great pride in.
After all, we have moved 3 times within the area and believe it’s the greatest community in the WORLD to raise our family. Too boot, after years of advertising on the empty dispenser and getting phone calls, anonymous letters and old men with cane’s raised telling me to “pull my socks UP young man”, (it’s the city’s responsibility, not mine Charlie!) I have finally received a key to change the bags myself. Whoo-ooo! The best part… I have recruited a fellow Walker’s Creek’er to help out filling up the bag stand.
So there are no more justifications for the abandoned #2’s on the side of the path for our kids to step on and our dogs noses to bury in. (Plus we cleaned UP the graffiti!) I hope this helps your winter boots!
Another way I can help is if you are thinking of moving on from the Walkers’ Creek community (although I think you should stay). Life goes on and there is a flourishing amount of Walkers Creek Seekers out there willing to pay top buck to experience what we already know. There is something different in the soil around here and it’s organic and real.
Best schools, best trails, beautiful yards, great lots, community canopy, and coolest and most interesting people. For those thinking selling in Sunnyside Estate or in the French Quarters of Walkers Creek…. please pass my info forward. Nobody has sold more homes in the last decade in our neighborhood and I would love to showcase your home and where we live.
