- Notify friends, family, credit card companies, banks, and other creditors of your new address.
- Contact your electricity provider (e.g. Alectra, Hydro One), water utility/municipality, Enbridge Gas, and your cable and internet providers to schedule service disconnection for the day after your move and activation at your new home before arrival.
- Book movers or a moving truck in advance.
