This is 73 Queen Street — a mixed-use, two-storey building that borders on the residential and comercial zoning of St. Catharines’ downtown core. Right across from Montebello Park, this Victorian era home was built in 1912 as a one and a half storey Victorian era home and saw two additions in the 1960s and 1970s followed by a significant restoration in 2014 into this new transition build.
