Today, I was one of the many to attend a Realtor Launch Celebration for two new condo developments that are coming soon to a St. Catharines neighbourhood near you — Arbour Vale at 61 Village Road, and Fairview Condominiums at 16 Wood Street.
I know I’ve talked about infilling in Niagara before (and I probably will again, it’s here to stay!) but these two developments can’t be overlooked. They are nothing short of spectacular!
Arbour Vale by Pinewood Homes
Arbour Vale at Glen Morris is a new, 55-unit development comprised of condos, townhomes and single family homes, developed by Pinewood Homes. With all designs inspired by elegant French architecture, this isn’t your run-of-the-mill new build. Condos feature wrought iron detailing, bungalows have high ceilings, crown moulding and private courtyards, and two-storey townhomes have the luxury finishes and master craftsmanship that makes them stand out from the pack.
